The software contains a separate area for fees. Any kind of fee (road or bridge toll, parking fees or parking tickets can be recorded. Each of these entries is linked to the vehicle. In addition, each entry can be linked to a driver and you can deposit a document for each entry.
The fee can be transferred to the cash book with a click of the mouse. The type of fee and the cost center can be recorded as templates. In addition, entire data records can be saved as a template.
As in all areas, you can filter and sort the table extensively. Reports can be generated via the evaluation and the Report Generator. If all information from the date of the driver to the fee has been recorded, the evaluation can provide you with extensive information.

You get a precise overview of all developments in insurance costs for a vehicle. Each entry can be linked to a contact (insurer). Every change can be linked to a document. Dates for payments can be transferred to the calendar with a click of the mouse, as can the costs in the cash book when they are due.
